A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED
FOR RENTAL OF THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER
EXHIBIT HALLS AND ARENA.
WHEREAS, the rental rate for rental of space by the
square foot at the Anaheim Convention Center was increased
effective January 1, 1987, to make it comparable to that obtained
at competitive facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to increase the
minimum rate for rental of the Exhibition halls and Arena
proportionately so as to maximize revenues from the Convention
Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the minimum rental rates for those areas
shall be as follows:
