A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PARKING AT
THE ANAHEIM STADIUM.
WHEREAS, the fee for parking at the Anaheim Stadium is
presently $3.00 per space except as provided by contract or
otherwise specified; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
and determine that the parking fees for the Anaheim Stadium should
be amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further finds and determines that
this establishment and amendment to fees is exempt from the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to
Section 21080(b)(8) of the California Public Resources Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, commencing July 1, 1987, the fees for parking
at the Anaheim Stadium shall be, and they are hereby, established,
except as by contract or otherwise provided, to be as follows:
General events
- $ 3.00 per space
Motorsport and concerts
$ 5.00 per space (automobile)
$10.00 per space (recreational
vehicle)
$15.00 per space (buses)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees established by this
resolution shall apply to any event held at the Anaheim Stadium held
on or after July 1, 1987, except those events wherein different
parking fees are established by contract or are otherwise provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of Resolution
No. 84R-247 pertaining to parking fees at Anaheim Stadium be, and
they are hereby, terminated on July 1, 1987.
