87-285RESOLUTION NO. 87R-285 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REVISING PERMIT AND OTHER FEES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted by Resolution 84R-255 a fee schedule for permits and other services rendered by the Fire Department; and WHEREAS, as the City Council does desire to approve a revised Permit Fee schedule and establish the effective date of said fees; and WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter adopted do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and declares that adoption of this fee schedule is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21080(b)(8) of the California Public Resources Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the following schedule of Fire Department fees and services charges set forth in Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, adopted effective duly 1, 1987 except as to fees nos. 38, 39 and 40. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of July, 1987. MINIMUM RATES $20.00 per piece of emergency apparatus re- sponding to all false alarms in excess of two (2) false alarms in thirty (30) days OR in excess of three (3) false alarms in six (6) months.
