A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-287
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1987, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 87R-287 which approved a Letter
of Understanding dated July 1, 1987 between the City of Anaheim
and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association General City
Employees.
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error Appendix
"A" of the Letter of Understanding contained incorrect salary
schedules for the classifications of Maintenance Locksmith and
Senior Cart Attendant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to correct Appendix "A", nunc
pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following salary schedules set out in
Appendix "A" be corrected to read as follows:
That, effective Aprll 18, 1986 Appendix "A" of the Letter
of Understanding is corrected nunc pro tunc to read as follows:
