A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2259
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 84R-104 NULL AND
VOID
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2259 on March 13, 1984, by Resolution No. 84R-104; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2259 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 84R-104 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of July, 1987.
