A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-287
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1987, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 87R-287 which approved a Letter of Understanding dated
Ju±y i, i987 between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association General City Employees.
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error salary schedules
were omitted from Appendix "A" of the Letter of Understanding for the
classifications of Lead Parkway maintenance Worker, Parkway Maintenance Worker
II, Parkway Maintenance Worker I; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to correct Appendix "A", nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following salary schedules be included in Appendix "A" as
follows:
That, effective April i8, i986 Appendix "A" of the Letter of
Understanding is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the following:
