A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-007 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CONFIDENTIAL
JOB CLASSES.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 28, i987 that the rates of compensation for Legal Secretary
and Paralegal be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
86R-007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adjusting these rates of compensation are in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective August 7, 1987 through October 15, 1987, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedules in the Salary Schedule Master:

Legal Secretary 1296 A - E
Paralegal X i512 A - E
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 86R-007 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
