A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-287 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHICH APPROVED A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
DATED JULY 1, i987 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIMAND
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, On July 7, i987, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 87R-287 which approved a Letter of Understanding dated
July 1, 1987 between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association General City Employees.
WHEREAS, through computer error the hourly and monthly rates of
certain classifications contained in the Appendix "A" of the Letter of
Understanding were calculated incorrectly.
WHERF~AS, the City Council finds that is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to adopt an amended Appendix "A" Nunc Pro Tunc to reflect
the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the amended Appendix "A" of a
Letter of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association General City Employees be approved Nunc Pro Tunc.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 87R-287 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of August ,1987.
