A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES RELATING TO APPLICATIONS
FOR DANCE PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAI~EIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Chapter 4.16 of Title 4 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code establishes procedures relating to applications for,
and the processing of, dance permits, and further, establishes
procedures relating to the filing of appeals in connection with
permits which have been denied, granted conditionally or revoked; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Chapter 4.16, the City Council
desires to establish fees for applications and appeals in amounts
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter established do not exceed
the estimated reasonable costs of processing applications and
handling appeals in connection therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an application fee, as set fo~'th below, is
hereby established for, and shall accompany, any application for a
dance permit filed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.16 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code.:
Application fee for a single dance $35.00
Application fee for multiple dances $3S.00 for the
first dance and
$1S.00 per dance
thereafter
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that an application fee of One hundred Dollars ($100.00)
is hereby established for, and shall accompany, the filing of any
appeal in connection with any permit that has been denied, granted
conditionally or revoked pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.16
of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of September, 1987.
