A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-533 WHICH
ADOPTED THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL EMPLOYEES UNIT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 8, 1987 that a "U" be added to the salary schedule of
Police Dispatcher, thereby permitting payment of upgrade pay to that job
classification; and
WHEREA. S, the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association has agreed to
this change; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adding the "U" to the salary schedule of Police Dispatcher is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 85R-533 is hereby amended to include a "U" in the
salary schedule of Police Dispatcher.
