A RESOI, UTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-364 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT
PAY POLICIES FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended
in a staff report dated September 15, 1987, that the
classification of Code Enforcement Supervisor be deleted from
the Middle Management/Supervisory Group; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 87R-364 which established rates of ~ompensation
and management pay policies for classifications designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that deleting the classification of Code Enforcement
Supervisor from the Middle Management Supervisory Group is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 18, 1987,
Resolution No. 87R--364 shall be amended by
classification of Code Enforcement Supervisor.
