A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-363 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT PAY POLICIES FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended
in a staff report dated September 15, 1987, that the
classification of Code Enforcement Supervisor at SRO5 in the
Middle Management/Supervisory Group be reclassified to Code
Enforcement Manager at SRO7 in the Administrative Management
Group, effective September 18, 1987; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 87R-363 which established rates of compensation
and Management Pay Policies for classifications designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that reclassifying the position of Code Enforcement
Snpervisor at SRO5 to Code Enforcement Manager at SRO7 and
assigning it to the Administrative Management Group is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective September 18, 1987, Section 2 of
Resolution No. 87R-363 shall be amended by adding thereto the
classification listed below and allocating it to the appropriate
salary range which shall be the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now
employed or will in the future be employed in said
classification.
