A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-362 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT PAY POLICIES FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, it Js recommended in a staff report dated
September 15, 1987, that the classification of Planning Dlrector
be reassigned to the Executive Management Group from
Administrative Management and placed at salary range SRll, and
that the title of Executive Director Community
Development/Planning be changed to Executive Director Community
Development at no change in salary range, effective October 30,
1987; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 87R-362 which established rates of compensation
and management pay policies for classifications designated at
Executive Management: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that reassigning the Planning Director to Executive
Management and placing at salary range SRll, and changing the
title of Executive Director Community Development/Planning to
Executive Director Community Development at no change in salary
range is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective October 30, 1987, Section 2 of
Resolution No. 87R-362 shall be amended by adding thereto the
classifications listed below and allocating them to the
appropriate salary schedule which shall be the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed
in said classifications.
