A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-363 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT PAY POLICIES FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAOEMENT
WHEREAS, it is recommended in a staff report dated
September 15, 1987, that the classification of Assistant
Executive Director Community Development be reassigned to salary
range SRO9; that the classification of Senlor Planner be
reassigned to the Administrative Management Group from Middle
Management / Supervisory Group at no change in salary range;
and that the classification of Planning Director be deleted from
said Resolution No. 87R-363 effective October 30, 1987; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 87R--363 which established rates of compensation
and Management Pay Policies for classifications designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that the change in salary range for Assistant Executive
Director Community Development; the reassignment in group for
Senior Planner: and the deletion of Planning Director is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective October 30, 1987, Section 2 of
Resolution No. 87R-363 shall be amended by adding thereto the
classifications listed below and allocating them to the
appropriate salary schedule which shall be the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed
in said classifications.
