A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-365 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT PAY POLICIES FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended
in a staff report dated September 29, 1987, that the salary
range for Employee Benefits Representative and Employment
Representative be reassigned to SRO2, effective October 2, 1987;
and
WIiEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 87R-365 which established rates of compensation
arid management pay policies for classifications designated as
Professional and Technical Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that amending Resolution No. 87R-365 by reassigning the
classifications of Employee Benefits Representative and
Employment Representative to salary range SRO2 is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective October 2, 1987, Section 2 of
Resolution No. 87R-365 shall be amended by adding thereto the
classifications listed below and allocating them to the
appropriate salary range which shall be the basic compensation
plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in said
classifications.
