A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING CERTAIN FEES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE PERTAINING TO
ANIMAL CONTROL.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange provides animal control
services within the boundaries of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has adopted and amended
certain fees to be charged to members of the public for animal
control services.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has requested the City of
Anaheim to adopt and amend such fees for and relating to animal
control services provided within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby adopt and amend the following fees
and late fees for dog licenses:
A. Dog Licenses/Types:
Fee
Twelve Month Duration
No Discount
Spray/Neuter Discount
Senior Citizen Discount
Spay/Neuter & Senior Citizen Discount
Six Month Duration
No Discount
Spay/Neuter
Senior Citizen Discount
Spay/Neuter & Senior Citizen Discount
B. Late Fee:
Late fee for dog licenses not purchased
or renewed fifteen (15) days after expiration or
the date on which they become due:

All other animal control fees previously adopted and not
modified by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council o£ the City of Anaheim this 20th day of October, 1987.
