A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OR
INTEREST THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deed described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter, "DEED"), have been presented to the City of
Anaheim (hereinafter, "CITY" or "City of Anaheim"); and
WHEREAS,the Orange County Flood Control District(hereinafter,"DISTRICT"),
property interests conveyed,and locations of the properties described in the DEED are set forth in
Exhibit"A"; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit "A" have offered to
convey to the CITY certain real property interests in connection with an Offer and Agreement to
Purchase Real Property; and
WHEREAS,the CITY is acquiring certain real property interests granted therein to
combine said property with the adjacent North Net Training Center; and
WHEREAS,based on the foregoing, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the CITY to accept the DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. The DEED and the real property interests contained therein are hereby
accepted by the City Council.
2. Nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or
property into the CITY street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).

3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the DEED to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day ofJaroh ,20 21 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Faessel, Diaz, Brandman,
Valencia, and O'Neil

ABSENT: Council Member Moreno
