A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2019-00396)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as three
(3) excess portions of public access and right-of-way, (1) Zeyn Street
lying directly south of Midway Drive, {2) the Northerly 150.00 feet of
that certain alley lying between Lots 24 through 26, and Lots 1
through 3, in Block One of Tract No. 419, as shown on a Map
Recorded in Book 16, Page 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County, and (3) that Public Access reserved unto the City of Anaheim
in a Deed recorded March 10, 2011 as Instrument No.
20110000129730 and January 14, 2016 as Instrument No.
2016000018418 both of Official Records of said County, as depicted
on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on June 22, 2021.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 27th day of April 2021, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Faessel, Diaz,
Brandman, Moreno, Valencia, and O'Neil
