RESOLUTION NO.
87R-455
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT
TO PURCHASE TAX DEFAULTED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has agreed to sell certain
tax-defaulted property in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth in an agreement presented to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that:
1. The terms and conditions of said agreement be, and they
are hereby, approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
