A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (87-l3A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
That certain easement granted to the City of Anaheim
by document recorded March 10, 1987 as Instrument No.
87-129440 in Official Records more particularly
described as follows:
A 20.00 foot easement for emergency vehicle and fire
access purposes over, under and across that portion
of Parcel 2, as shown on a Map filed in Book 120,
pages 25 and 26 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 17, of Tract
No. 10031, as shown on a map recorded in Book 428,
pages 27-29, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence N 08 degrees 31' 52" E, 1.81
feet to a point on the southwesterly right of way
line of Nohl Ranch Road; thence along said
southwesterly right of way line S 84 degrees 52' 22"
E, 22.53 feet to a tangent curve concave
southwesterly, having a radius of 18.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 40 degrees 13' 48" an arc length of 12.64
feet to a reverse tangent curve concave
northeasterly, having a radius of 32.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 30 degrees 06' 17" an arc length of 16.81
feet to a reverse tangent curve concave
southwesterly, having a radius of 660.00 feet; thence
along said curve through a central angle of 02
degrees 33' 30" an arc length of 29.47 feet to the
True Point of Beginning of the said 20.00 foot
easement; thence continuing along the last said curve
through a central angle of 01 degrees 44' 11" an arc
length of 20.00 feet; thence leaving said
southwesterly right of way line S 18 degrees 40' 44"
W, 77.00 feet to a tangent curve concave easterly,
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 32 degrees 00'
00" an arc length of 27.93 feet to a tangent bearing

16" E, 61.00 feet; thence S 76 degrees 40' 44" W,
20.00 feet; thence N 13 degrees 19' 16" W, 61.00 feet
to a tangent furve C.oncave easterly having a radius
of 70.00 feet~ thence Northwesterly, Northerly and
Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 32 degrees 00' 00" an arc length of 39.10
feet to a tangent bearing of N 18 degrees 40' 44" E,
thence N 18 degrees 40' 44" E, 77.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
December 1,1987,8:00 p.m.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of
November, 1987.
