RESOLUTION NO.
87R-461
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR A PUBLIC
WORK (TWIN PEAKS RESERVOIR).
WHEREAS, the City Council of Anaheim did cause to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, on
the Publication Dates hereinafter set forth, a notice inviting
sealed proposals for furnishing a public work (hereinafter
Project) in strict accordance with the design, plan, profiles and
specifications of said Project; and
WHEREAS, the bids received for the Project are higher
than the estimated cost of the Project and the funds available
therefore; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to reject all bids received for the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
all bids received for the Project be and the same are hereby
rejected.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
