kESOLUTION NO.
87R-462
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 827 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 4219 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 827 on
November 19, 1957, by Resolution No. 4219; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
varIance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 827 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 4219 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of November, 1987.
