RESOLUTION NO. 87R - 465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-82 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED
PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, The Human Resources Director has recommended in as staff
report dated November 3, 1987 that the classification of Alteration Worker be
allocated to the unrepresented part-time classification unit of representation.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of
Resolution No. 87R-82 which established rates of compensation for
'1I1represented part-time job classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
assignment of this classification to the unrepresented part-time classification
unit of representation is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has placed temporary personnel
and part-time employees in the exempt service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 87R-82 be, and the same is hereby
amended to reflect the following:
THAT, effective November 13, 1987 the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 87R-82 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the CHy of Anaheim this 10th day of November, 1987.
