RESOLUTION NO. 87R- 468
A RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-438,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 87R-438
which did incorporate Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, two (2) deeds were erroneously included in
Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Resolution No.
H7R-438, be and it is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by deleting
from Exhibit A of said Resolution No. 87R-438, any reference to
those two (2) deeds referenced by R/W #4150 and 4151.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
::ity Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of November, 1987.
