AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SECTIONS 1. 16.025 AND 1. 16.030 OF CHAPTER 1.16 OF TITLE
1 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
CONDUCT ON CITY GOLF COURSE PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That subsection .020 of Section 1.16.025 of Chapter 1.16 of Title 1 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
".020 Any violation of this section shall be an infraction punishable in accordance with
applicable provisions of the California Penal Code."
SECTION 2.
That new subsection .030 be, and the same is hereby, added to Section 1. 16.030 of Title 1
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to read as follows:
".030 Any violation of paragraph .0109, .0101 1, .01012, .01013 or .01014 of subsection
.010 of this section shall be an infraction punishable in accordance with applicable provisions of the
California Penal Code."
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Anaheim held on the 24th day of February , 2004, and thereafter passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 16th day of March
2004, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mavor Pringle, Council members Tait, Chavez, McCracken, Hernandez
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTION 6.42.150 OF CHAPTER 6.42 OF
TITLE 6 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO CHRISTMAS TREE LOTS AND PUMPKIN PATCHES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 6.42.150 of Chapter 6.42 of Title 6 of the Ana-
heim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
"6.42.150 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
Any violation of this any provision of this chapter shall be
an infraction punishable in accordance with applicable provi-
sions of the California Penal Code. Failure of any permittee
to comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter shall
constitute sufficient grounds for the denial of a subsequent
permit under this chapter."
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 24th day of February, 2004, and thereafter passed
andadopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 16th day of March, 2004, by the following roll call
vote:
