5904ORDINANCE NO. 5904 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING SECTIONS 1. 16.025 AND 1. 16.030 OF CHAPTER 1.16 OF TITLE 1 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CONDUCT ON CITY GOLF COURSE PROPERTY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That subsection .020 of Section 1.16.025 of Chapter 1.16 of Title 1 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: ".020 Any violation of this section shall be an infraction punishable in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Penal Code." SECTION 2. That new subsection .030 be, and the same is hereby, added to Section 1. 16.030 of Title 1 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to read as follows: ".030 Any violation of paragraph .0109, .0101 1, .01012, .01013 or .01014 of subsection .010 of this section shall be an infraction punishable in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Penal Code." That Section 6.42.150 of Chapter 6.42 of Title 6 of the Ana- heim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: "6.42.150 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
