RESOLUTION NO. 87R-473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 2920.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive an application for a conditional use permit
from I-HSIUNG KUO AND SCHUCHIH LIAO LUO, 10650 El Toro Avenue,
Fountain Valley, CA 92708, owner and ANHSIUNG HENRY HSU, 15761
Pasadena, Tustin, CA 92680, agent on certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
THE NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 28,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LAS
BOLSAS, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51,
PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS. RECORDS OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PORTION INCLUDED WITHIN TRACT
NO. 3240, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 113, PAGES 1, 2,
AND 3 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE
COUNTY.
ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PORTION INCLUDED WITHIN THE
LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT, RECORDED OCTOBER 14, 1957 IN BOOK
4069, PAGE 188 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE
COUNTY.
ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING NORTHERLY AND
WESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 37 OF THE
ABOVE MENTIONED TRACT NO. 3240; THENCE ALONG WITH
EASTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT
37, NORTH 89 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 10.18
FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 30 SECONDS
WEST 186.00 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTON 28;
and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public
hearing upon said application at the City Hall in the City of
Anaheim, notices of which public hearing were duly given as
required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.03 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plan Map to
: onform to GeneraI Plan Amendment No. 231 as herein adopted and
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this loth day of November,
1987.
