RESOLUTION NO. 87R- 488
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEH1 WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES
UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION.
~IEREASt the need exists to create the classifications of Typesetting
Technician and Typesetting Technician Trainee; and
~EREAS t the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report ~ated November 20t 1987 that these new classifications be created; and
~EREAS t the Human Resources Director has determined that these new
classifications be assigned to the General City Employees Unit represented by
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
NOW, THEREFORE t BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective December 11, 1987, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed t or
will in the future be employed, in the classifications listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated December l6t 1985, between the City of Anaheim and the
General City Employees Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
apply to the foregoing classifications.
