RESOLUTION NO. 87R-490
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF AN
AGREEMENT FROM SHELTER MEDIA, A LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, TO SHELTER MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS
INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, there is an existing agreement dated July 17,
]979, between the City of Anaheim and Shelter Media Limited
Partnership ("Shelter ~,1edia"); and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the City's consent
is required for its assignment; and
WHEREAS, Shelter Media has formed a corporation and has
requested the City consent to assignment of said' Agreement to
Shelter Media Communications, Inc., a California corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
C:ity of Anaheim that the City does hereby consent to an assignment
of that certain Agreement dated July 17, 1979, froĊ Shelter Media
to Shelter Media Communications, Inc., a California corporation
subject to the following conditions:
1.
That Shelter Media Communications, Inc.. post a faithful
performance bond as provided in Section 17 of said
Agreement; and
2 .
That Shelter Media Communications, Inc., secure and
maintain the insurance required by Section 19 of said
Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
(:ity Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of December, 1987.
