RESOLUTION NO.
87R-505
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 95
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 6685 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 95 on February 21, 1961, by Resolution No. 6685; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 95 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 6685 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 15th day of December, 1987.
