RESOLUTION NO. 87R-506
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
562 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-414 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 562 on June 3, 1964, by Resolution No. 64R-414; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 562 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 64R-4l4 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of December, 1987.
