RESOLUTION NO.
87R-507
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder hereinafter set forth, to wit:
1. Street improvements and street lights on the south side
of Ball Road, west of Knott Avenue, as described in Deed recorded
February 14, 1986 as Document #86-063053 of Official Records of
Orange County, California (Reclassification No. 85-86-4).
2. Street improvements and street lights over those portions
along La Palma Avenue, east of East Street, as described in Deeds
recorded August 20, 1986 as Documents #86-372901 and #86-372904 of
Official Records of Orange County, California (Variance No. 3523).
3. Alley improvements on the north side of Broadway between
Harbor Boulevard and Citron Street as described in Deeds recorded
January 17, 1986 as Documents #86-023547 and #86-023548 of
Official Records of Orange County, California (Reclassification
No. 84-85-35 A&B and C).
4. Southeast corner of Euclid Street and Crescent Avenue, as
described in Deed recorded September 19, 1986 as Document
#86-432889 of Official Records of Orange County, California (R/W
#3750).
5. Imperial Highway for street and public utility purposes;
domestic water distribution system and appurtenances; street
lighting system and appurtenances and ingress and egress rights to
Hudson Bay Drive (private street) for public utility maintenance
purposes and easements for water and public utility purposes for
Tract No. 10617.
6. A Portion of Lincoln Avenue for street purposes; domestic
water system and appurtenances and public easement as described
and shown on Parcel Map 84-261 filed in Book 199, pages 4 and 5,
of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
(hereinafter "Facilities")
AND WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been
installed and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offers of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
