APPLIED TO EMPLOYEES IN CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNEOrO THE CLERICAL EMPLOYEES UNIT.
WHEREAS. O!'dinance 3040 of the City of Anaheim
pst~blishes the employer employee relations system for the City;

WHEREAS. Sect ion! . [)(';. 100 of Ordinance 3040 requires
Memor'andums of Understanding to be presented to the City Council
or its statutory representative for determination; and
WHEREAS. the City Collnril of the City of Anaheim finds
¡ tit' adopting of ii new M{~mOral1dum of Understanding executed on
December 9. 1987 is in the best interest of the City of

:,OW, TIiEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Memorandum of Understanding between
tll(' City of Allaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association executed by the City Management Representative and
!tlC' Anaheim MullicipaJ Employees Association officials on
necember 9, 1987, as defined in the document attached hereto and
incorporated by J'efpJ'eflc('. herein, meets with the approval of
ttlis Council and dccCt!'díngly is adopted with the effective date
(>1 October 16, 1987.
HE IT ¡'UW¡'lIEH RESOLVED that Resolution Nos. 84R-71.
RIP -457 and 84R -4:')9, ¡lre hereby repealed and that those portions
