87R-534
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2653 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-114
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2653 on March 12, 1985, by Resolution No. 85R-114; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2653 for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 26~3 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 85R-114 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
ci ty Counc i 1 of the Ci ty of Anahe im thi s 29th day of December, 1987.
