A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A QRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM'CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PU.BLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City' of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
public ugility purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same t-'6--the City; and -----
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of. the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under an~ across that portion of Lots 1, 2 and 42 of the
~ar~ ouo~zvzs~on, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7,
page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, and that portion of the alley abandoned by the
City of Anaheim by Resolution No. 64R-512, being described
as follows:
Beginning at ti~.e, intersection of the South line of the
Nort~ 40.00 feet of said Lot 42 and the West line of the
Easterly- 5.00 feet of said Lot 42; thence Westerly along
the said South. line of the North 40.00 feet, a distance
of 15.00 feet; thence South 0° 02' 38'~ East parallel
with and 45.00 feet Westerly from 'the center line of
Lemon S'~reet (measured at right angles), 166.77 feet,
more or less, to ~e beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northwesterly and i~-~.aving a radius of 25.00 feet; thence
Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle
of 120° 59' 30~? ~

cusp, said point being on the Southwesterly line of said

Street, 24-.56 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 21.00 feet;

angle of 120° 59' 30~, an arc distance of 44.35 feet to
