OF ANAHEIM DISAPPROVING AN AMENDI~NT TO THE

WHEREAS~ the. City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
~_econzmending denial of an amendment to the General Plan in the
general location and vicinity cf the property described in

J. line approximateis,~ 275 ft. west of Dale Ave. on the west;
A line approximately 1300 ft. south of Crescent Ave. on
the South;
Dale Aven~e on the east; and

and co~prising approximately seven and one-half acres, as shown
and described on Exhibit ~A~ on ~{~ in the'City Planning
Department~ after having~' public hearing in the manner and
as prescribed by-law to consider said proposed amendment, and
after having received evidence and reports from persons interested
the~ein~ and
WHEREA$~ fcliowing the hearing thereon¢ the Planning Com~
mission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings of
facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending denial
of said amendment to ~.he General Plan, designated as Amendment
No.,~ ._ 37 .... ~ and
WHEREA$~, upc, n receipt of ~aid resolution, summary of evi
dence~, report of findings~> and recommendation of the City Planning
Commi~ion~ the City Coun¢.il did fix the 6th day of October ~

posed Amendment No,~ 37 to the General Plan and did give

hearing~ the City Council d~d duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did z'eceive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider ~'he rec. on~mendatio~s of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREA$~ the City Count:il does find and determine that
the aforementioned and described property included within the pro~
posed amendment: to, the General Plan is more sQitab!e for the
general, land use presem~tly shown on the General. Plan Map~ and that
Amendment. No~, 37 to the General Plan, covering the afore~
mentioned and ~Property included within the proposed Amend~
ment No~, $~ ? _to the General Plan, should not be granted°
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that: Amendment NOo 37 to the General Plan~
encompassing the aforementioned an~ generally described property,
