A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY~-O~C~ERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR~ PUBLIC UTILITY
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for PBblic utility
and temporary const.r~ction purposes ............... ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property has
to sell and convey' the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, nhe City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ..NEWPORT .CONSTRUCTION

to sell to the City of Anaheim the follow'ing described real
property situated in ,~he City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public

_utility and tempor r~onstruction p_urposes _ . ,
_, and more pa~rticularly described a's' 'follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 6.00 feet of Lot 3 of the Dominguez
Estate, as per Map filed in Book 2, page 15 of Record of Surveys
in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying South of the Northerly line
of Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Canal.
Also excepting therefrom the Northerly 463.61 feet.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across
the Easterly 10.00 feet of the Westerly 16.00 feet of Lot 3 of
Dominguez Estate as per Map filed in Book 2, page 15 of Record
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying South of the Northerly
line of Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Canal.
Also excepting the Northerly 463.61 feet thereof.
Said temporary easement co expire upon the completion of the
installation of utility facilities, but not later than
December i, 1964.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahemm accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, ~d he i$ hereby, authorized to pay to the
