A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1974-75.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahem has here-
tofore adopted a budget for the fiscal year 1974-75; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue has accrued to the City in an
amount not heretofore accounted for in said budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council,finds and determines it to be
in the public interest, convenience and welfare to amend the budget
for_„fiscal year 1974-1975 in the manner hereinafter set„forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the General Fund Budget for'the 1974-75 fiscal
year be, and the same is hereby, amended to reflect,a reimbursement
from the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $123,435.00
to pay salaries, fringe benefits,,,and facility overhead charges for
Redevelopment employees.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of March, 1975.
