A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 22.25. AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. PC71-4 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance No.
2225 on January 21, 1971, by Resolution No. -71-4; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that said variance
is being exercised in a manner detrimental to the public health,
welfare and safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 22.2.5. be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. PC71-4 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
