A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1949 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-166 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 1949
on March 26, 1968, by Resolution No. 68R-166; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 1949 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 68R-166 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of November, 1976.
