A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 293 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 92 -SERIES 1954-55 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance No.
29.3 on February 21, 1955, by Resolution No. 92 -.Series 1954-55;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
said Variance No. 29.3 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 293 be, -and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 92 -.Series 1954-55 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May; 1976.
