A RESOLUTIONd OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-282
EMPLOYING OLSON LABORATORIES TO CONDUCT NOISE
STUDIES IN CONNECTION WITH LEGAL ACTION -
ROUTE 57 FREEWAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 76R-282,
approved the execution of an agreement with Olson Laboratories for
noise studies on the Route 57 Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would
solicit proposals from several other firms for noise studies on
the Route 57 Freeway including Olson Laboratories; and
WHEREAS, it in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to rescind Resolution No. 76R-282.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R-262 employing Olson
.Laboratories to conduct noise studies in connection with legal
action - Route.'57 Freeway be, and the same is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of June, 1976.
