A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A MODIFIED WORK PROGRAM
WITH THE PARKS, RECREATION AND THE ARTS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, during the month of April, 1976, the Parks,
Recreation and the Arts Department implemented a Modified Work
Program commonly called the "ten-hour/four-day work schedule"
(10-4); and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
has conducted an evaluation of the 10-4 work schedule since this
date'; and
WHEREAS, there has been no objections to this Modified
Work Program; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
and the employees of the Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department
are in favor of continuing this Modified Work Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ten-hour/four-day
work schedule of the Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of July, 1976.
