A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIhI TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
371 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-216 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 371 on March 26, 1963, by Resolution No. 63R-216; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 371 be, and the same is hereby, termina-
ted and that Resolution No. 63R-21.6 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of August, 1976.
