A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMAPPROVINGAN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO, 29
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in Conditional Use Permit No. 598 ~
and being generally bo~ded by:
A line approximately 400 ft. west of Magnolia Ave. on the West;
A line approximately 500 ft. south of La Palma Ave. on the South;
A line approximately 600 ft. east of Magnolia Ave. on the East;
and La Palma Avenue on the North,
and comprising approximately ten (10) acres, as
shown and described on ExhiSit "A" duly approved By said Plan-
ning Commission, and at said h~id receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning
Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its
findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and
a recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, desig-
nated as Amendment NOo 2_~, be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the 18th day of
August 19 64 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the"city~ Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment No~ 29 to the General Plan and did give
notice thereof in the manner an-~ as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give .all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No~ ,__19__ to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and generally described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit
"A" , duly approved by the City Planning Commission and on
e~the City Planning Department, should be approved~
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED k~ the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. to the General
Plan, encompassing the aforementioned an-~ generally described
property, as show~n on said Exhibit__~A~, be, and the same
is hereby approved°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha= the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No~ 29 herein approved°
