A ~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-94.
WHEP~AS, heretofore, to wit, on the 5th day of May,
1964, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 64R-320 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 63-64-94 finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY
itESIDENTIAL ZONE, R-l, ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and C-O,
COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE~ as more particularly set forth in said
resolution, subject to certain conditions specified therein; and
~CHER~AS, thereafter, on August 11, 1964, the final map
of Tract No. 3823, subdividing subject property into R-l, One-
Family Residential Zone lots, was recorded in the Office of the
Orange County Recorder~ superseding the petition for Reclassi-
fication No. 63-64-94.
NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 63-64-94 be, and the same are hereby
terminated, and that Resolution No. 64R-320 be, and the same
is hereby declared ~o be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of August, 1964.
