A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ~ AND PUBLIC
UTILITY AND PUBLIC UTILITY AND OVERHANG
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ Easements for road and public
utility and public utilit~ and overhang purposes ;
and ' ""
WHEREAS, the owr~ers of said property have
to sell and convey the same t~ the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council o£ the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

property situated in the City of Ar~ahei~, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for road and public

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Sunkist Street) of
th~ following described parcel of land:
The South 217 feet of C¼e 'West 233 feet of the North 330
feet of ti~a South 990 feet of th<2 West half of the South-
west quarter of the I~ortheast quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M.
Note: For the purpose of this description the West
line of the above described parcel of land is assumed
to be ~'~e cente~ line of Sunkist Street.
PARCEL TWO: An easement :for public utility and overhang
purposes over, under and across the Southerly 3.00 feet and
the Easterly 5.00 feet of 'the Southerly 108 feet of that
land described in Parcel ~e above.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum cf One Dollar
