A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for public
street and hi h_~_~ purposes

WHEP-E~ AS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same t-~-the City; and --
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the city of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property°
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of the Orange County Flood
Control District, a bod3__p_q~porate and politic,
to sell to the City of An-~heim the following described real
property situated in the City of A~aheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for public
street and ~purposes
__, and more particularly described as follows~
The easterly 12.00 feet of the westerly 32.00 feet
of that portion of Lot 10 of the Golden State
Tract No. 2, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in book 4, page 68 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said county,
described in deed to Orange County Flood Control
District recorded February 19, 1960 in book 5106,
page 420 of Official Records in the office of
said County Recorder.
In consideration of the premise that the rights
of the Orange County Flood Control District, in
and to the area described hereinabove, are prior
to and superior to the rights granted in said
deed, the grantee therein agrees to submit plans
and obtain approval from the grantor's Chief
Engineer prior to the construction of any improve-
ment within said area.

City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE 1'% FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1~00) o
