A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM~APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO o 25
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the General Flan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in _ ~eclassification NO. 63-64-14~ ,
and being generally bounded by:
The Orange County Flood Control Channel on the north; a line
approximately 350 ~o 600 feet east of Loara Street on the
east; the Santa Aha Freeway on the south and Loara Street
on the west;
and comprising approximatel~ nineteen acres, as
shown and described on Exhib~ ~'A" duly approved by said Plan-
ning Commission, and at said hear--~-~-~id receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning
Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its
findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and
a recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, desig-
nated as Amendment No~ 25 _, be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the 28th day of
~, 19 64 as the time and the Counci~ber in the City
Hall of the City-~ Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment Nco 25 to the General Plan and did give
notice thereof in the manner a--~as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No~ 25 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore~
mentioned and generally described property included within the
proposed amendment to the Genera~ Plan, as shown on Exhibit
-"A" , duly approved by the Czty Planning Commission and on
file in the City Planning Department, should be approved°
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 25 to the General
Plan, encompassing the aforementioned a~erally described
property, as shown on said Exhibit '~" be, and the same
is hereby approved~ -- --'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No~ 25 herein approved°
