Regular Session.

PRESENT: CITY MANAGER: Keith A. Murdoch
CITY ATTORNEY: Alan R. Watts
CITY CLERK: Alona M. Hougard
Mayor Thom called the meeting to order.
RECESS - EXECUTIVE SESSION: Councilman Seymour moved to recess to Executive
Session. Councilwoman Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
(2:40 P.M.)
AFTER RECESS: Mayor Thom called the meeting to order, all Members of the City
Council being present. (5:15 P.M.)
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Pebley moved to adjourn. Councilwoman Kaywood seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
