RESOLUTION NO. 64R- S61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO
SIGN ALL AUTHORIZED CITY WARRANTS, DRAFTS
AND CHECKS, ON ALL AUTHORIZED DEPOSITS OF
CITY FUNDS IN ALL BANKS WHERE SUCH FUNDS MAY
BE FROM TIME TO TIME DEPOSITED4 AND RESCINDING
ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the public funds of the City of Anaheim are
deposited in the several banks situated in the City of Anaheim;
and
,.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that authorized signature
cards be prepared and submitted to the banks where said City
funds are deposited, and that certain officials of the City of
Anaheim be authorized to sign all warrants, drafts, checks or
other documents necessary or required in the deposit or with-
drawal of such funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the proper officers to be so designated and authorized are the
Mayor and the Finance Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim, and
the Finance Director of the City of Anaheim, be, and they are
hereby, authorized to sign signature cards and deposit them
with all banks in which City funds are deposited; and that they
be, and they are hereby authorized to sign all warrants, drafts,
checks and other documents necessary or required for the deposit
in, or withdrawal from, all 'banks in which public funds of the
City of Anaheim shall from time to time be deposited.
.AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said officers may
affix their signatures through the use of a facsimile signature
machine.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all resolutions in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of May, 1964.
